Question Two
Li believed his mother made extraordinary sacrifices for him. How does he show us this in this chapter?
Li's mother gave up lots for Li
Li's mother sounds like remarkable person who would give up lots of things for her sons like instead of having some down time which she rarely had she would sew or cook extra or make more clothes so they could be the cleanest and most proud they could be.
she also spent allot of her extra time working in the field's so her sons could go to school and get educated and have a better job than she did.
Li's niang gave allot of food away to her sons like when she was sick she offered some noddles to Li and jing tring but they would refuse because they new she was sick.

Chapter 2 Question 2
Li believed his mother made extraordinary sacrifices for him, for example she used all the money to heal Li's burnt arm, not letting him go to fetch some water so she would have to go all the way up to the well. She also was giving alot of food to her sons, even when she was sick, for example when she asked her sons if they could help with her noodles.

His mum worked all day, very long hours of tiring labour just so she could afford food for dinner. She also cooked, cleaned, made his clothes and even gave him some money when he needed it. His mum even allowed him to go to Beijing to have a better life.

Answer to Question 3:
Li believed his mother made extraordinary sacrifices for him. How does he show us this in this chapter?
- Both his Dia & Niang work hard in the fields working for food and money so that the Li family can survive day by day. Niang not only works in the fields most days, but she also cooks, cleans and sows clothes, pretty much she puts herself after all her sons.

answer
Li’s Niang Made great sacrifices for Li by working in the fields for him and his entire family to live because with out Niang working they would not have enough money. When Li’s mother felt ill and dizzy she still walked for 20 minutes to do it even though Li offered to run up and get some water. Those are just some of the many sacrifices she made for them.

Li’s mother has given up a lot from her family, she paid a doctor all their money to come and treat her sons to make them feel better, giving up her food when she desperately needed it for strength and send her sons to school instead of buying things for herself.

Li's mother has done extraordinary things for her children without thinking about herself, niang works to the bone not thinking of her personal health just for the clothing and food of her family. even if niang wasn't feeling well she would still go collect water even for the sake of the family

reply for question 2
Cunxin believes that her mother made an extraordinary sacrifice for him because her mother was working all days just to clothe her family and try to have enough food for the family. She worked in the fields every spare hours to earn more money.

Niang always worked all day along and tried her best in order to aggravate the starvation in the family such as cleaning, working in the field and gather crops, cooked and made clothes for children. Even make an apology to the teacher with the children had to; she said ‘I’m sorry about our misbehaving children,’
